On the beautiful afternoon of Sunday, September 7th, we held "MB's Second Annual Clients and Friends Appreciation Picnic." And it was a smashing success!! We feasted on burgers, beer and my special homemade sangria. We also held the annual awards ceremony for the Bonacci Institute for Real Estate Excellence. Today, President Bush signed the “Housing Rescue Bill.” So it seemed like as good a time as any to learn about it.
