I really didn’t think it was possible to live downtown in a two bedroom place for under 300K. Especially if it’s a loft in a cool, historic building. But apparently it is, because I’m listing this loft in the Denver Dry Goods Building for $269,000. I spent a day there getting the place ready to go on the market, and I had so much fun running out and getting lunch on the 16th Street Mall, then coming back in and working some more, then going back out and shopping, then back in . . . Made me want to hang out there some more!

It’d be a fun place to live. There’s a rooftop deck with amazing views. Apparently it’s the place to be for 4th of July fireworks views. And it’s got parking, storage and a fitness room.
